• Appetizers - Prosciutto Ham with Fresh Melon
• Salad - Tre-Colore ~Mixed Greens with Tomato, Cucumber, Julienne of Vegetables with Balsamic Vinaigrette

• Entrée - Grilled Filet Mignon and Sautéed Chicken Breast, Chef's Selections of Potato, Rice or Pasta and Seasonal Vegetables

• Dessert - Traditional Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis

• 2nd choice for dinner will be a Chefs Choice Vegatarian Entree, price will be the same as above.

o Banquet tickets will be available to the first 100 people at $40.00 (Cost for the Banquet is $64.42 (which includes 22% gratuity and 10% tax) the IRC fundraiser money will pay $24.42 of each of the first 100 reservations). Presented by: Mary Riddell and Carol Jacquez

The breed seminar will be first followed by the awards for the Congress rings and the breeder choice awards.
