The IRC is happy to announce it will be running a series of raffles to help raise money for the 2008 Congress. This will help to pay for the various expenses of putting on the Congress. The tickets will be $1.00 each - 6 for $5.00 - 14 for $10.00 - 30 for $20.00 - 80 for $50.00.
